Apothika Day Spa was established in December 2021. It is owned and operated by Rebecca Harris. Apothika offers professional skin and nail care services such as manicures, pedicures, facial treatments, and waxing in a relaxing, inclusive environment using organic, cruelty-free products. Each service is tailored to your individual needs and you will be treated with genuine care and compassion in a comfortable space. Also, expect to be pampered! Complimentary snacks, tea, coffee, and other libations are provided. Apothika is a judgment-free zone, you'll be treated only with kindness and respect.
Meet rebecca
Rebecca Harris, owner of Apothika Day Spa, is a professional esthetician and nail technician with nearly 20 years of experience providing expert skin and nail care services. She earned her esthetician's license in 2002 from Pittsburgh Beauty Academy and became a licensed nail technician from South Hills Beauty Academy in 2007. Rebecca has spent the past 18 years working at South Side's Lunasea Salon and Day Spa where she provided luxurious spa services. Additionally, Rebecca is an accomplished makeup artist and has worked with local photographers for a variety of publications. Rebecca is a long-time South Side resident. She believes very strongly in supporting her community as well as local, independently owned businesses. She can't wait to meet you!

We have reserved time and space especially for you and request at least 24-hour notice of any appointment cancellation. Deposits made on spa packages are non-refundable if less than 48-hour notice is given. After a no-call & no-show appointment, any future appointments will need to be prepaid in full and will be non-refundable. Credit card payments made online are non-refundable, Prepaid or partially paid appointments can be moved to another available date/time with at least 24 - 48 hour notice.

Gift certificates will be honored for spa services or products, they are non-refundable and are not redeemable for cash. Gift certificates are available for purchase at the front desk or online. Please keep in mind Apothika books appointments sometimes months in advance. Make sure your giftee knows to book ahead!

Parking is free and on street, there is a 2 hour grace period in the residential parking zones on the surrounding streets starting at 12:30 and 2:30 depending on zone. If your appointment will exceed 2 hours, Apothika can set up a virtual visitors pass. Please send your license plate number, make, type (2dr, 4dr, suv, truck, etc.), color, and year.
Street sweeping on Sarah Street is the 1st Wednesday of every month on the shop side of the street and 1st Thursdays on the opposite side of the street, April 1 to November 30 from 8:30 to 2:30. Don't risk a ticket!

If you're unable to book an appointment at your preferred time, please send a message with the preferred days, times and service you're looking for. We'll let you know as soon as possible if there is a cancellation or if we can fit you in near that time.
